Harvey Gragg Jr.

Harvey  Gragg Jr., age 58, of Lynchburg, passed away early Wednesday morning, February 4, 2015 at home.

He was born April 14, 1956 in Oakland, CA, son of the late Harvey Franklin Gragg Sr. and Zelma Lee Clifton Gragg.

Harvey was a Veteran of the US Army and was an engineering equipment supervisor at Wright Patterson Air Force Base.

Surviving are wife, Rita Kaye Gragg, son, Sloan (Kayla) Gragg, granddaughter, Rylee Faith Gragg, sister, Gaynell (Jim) Cain, and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Harvey was preceded in death by two brothers, John Harvey Gragg and Michael Gragg.

Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, 2015, at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 W. Locust St. Wilmington,  with Pastor Jim Ballard  officiating.  The Wilmington American Legion Memorial Squad will provide full military honors following the service.

Friends will be received at the funeral home Saturday, 11 am - 2 pm.  Following the funeral service a gathering of family and friends will be held at the St. Martin Hall.

The family encourages everyone to share a photo of their life with Harvey at the service.
