Gloria A. Wise, age 67, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away Saturday evening, August 1, 2015 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital.
She was born April 27, 1948 in Dayton, OH, daughter of Anthony Skupsky and Geneva (Fugate) Skupsky .
Gloria had a wonderfully varied career until her retirement from Lowe's. She was a member of Church of Christ and enjoyed working on crafts, reading, and had become an excellent quilter. She also enjoyed camping with her husband and attending dinner theater performances.
Surviving are devoted husband, Ronald Wise whom she married on January 10, 1986 in Erie, PA, mother, Geneva Skupsky, 2 sisters, Barbara Skupsky and Teresa (Myrl) Moyer, 2 brothers, Michael Skupsky and Paul (Theresa) Skupsky, children, Richard Allen and Stephanie Kay, 2 aunts, Anna Shumski and Sharon Stewart, special friend, Andrea Blamer, and a host of cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In addition to her father, Gloria was preceded in death by nephew, Thomas Blue.
Services will be held at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Friday, August 7, 2015 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in the Sugartree Ridge Cemetery, Sugartree Ridge, Ohio.
Friends will be received at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, 138 E. Main St. Hillsboro, Ohio Thursday, August 6, 2015, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
