age 66, of Largo, Florida, formerly of the Wilmington area, passed away Saturday morning, August 31, 2013 at the Hospice Care Center in Brooksville, Florida.
She was born December 21, 1946 in Middleboro, Ohio, daughter of the late Elmer Merrill Kerns and Arthella "Tate" Grace (Mountjoy) Kerns, of Blanchester. On February 19, 1968 in Sardinia, Ohio, she married Randy M. Helton, who pre-deceased her. She was a loving sweet mother.
In addition to her mother, other surviving family members are her daughter- Julie Allison of Saint Petersburg, FL; son- Randy Helton of Deland, FL; sister- Daisy Mann, Blanchester; brother- Dave Kerns, Blanchester and her loving friends Lonnie, June & Joyce.
Graveside funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Sugar Grove Cemetery, 297 West Truesdell Street, Wilmington with Mr. Lonnie Cole officiating.
