Geraldine R. Salyer, age 93, of Moraine, OH, passed away Thursday, January 2, 2014 at her residence.
She was born February 20, 1920 in Dayton, OH, daughter of the late Earl Stanley Bean and Hazel Belle Greisheimer.
She was a member of Miami Valley Community Church.
Surviving is her son, Joseph Stomps of West Carrollton, OH, grandson, Joseph (Monica) Stomps of Miamisburg, granddaughter, Kim (Grant) Hager of Oakwood, 3great-grandchildren, Joey Stomps, John Stomps, and Parker Hager and a sister, Linda Laycox of FL.
In addition to her parents, Geraldine was preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph Stomps, her second husband, Samuel Salyer, and two sisters, Phyllis Stiver and Ruth Hively.
Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, Jan. 6, 2014 at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 W. Locust St. Wilmington, with Pastor Tim Cox officiating. Interment will follow in the Clinton County Memory Gardens, Wilmington, Ohio.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday, 1-2 pm.
