Geneva Ann Freeland,
age 82, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away, Thursday morning, April 12, 2012 at Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington.
She was born June 25, 1929 in Wilmington, Ohio daughter of the late John & Maude (Cooper) Fisher. She married Harold E. Freeland, who survives.
Geneva retired as a kitchen assistant for Clinton-Massie Schools. She had been involved with the Chester Township Grange for a number of years.
In addition to her husband, other surviving family members include her son- Keith Freeland, Wilmington; 2 grandsons- Klaus (Charlie) Freeland, of VA and Adrian (Tazley) Freeland, of Cincinnati; a great-grandson-Christian Freeland; and a sister- Gladys Cody, Clarksville, OH.
In addition to her parents, Geneva was preceded in death by a brother and 2 sisters.
Graveside Services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 21 at Springfield Friends Cemetery, Adams Township, Clinton County, Ohio.
