McCurdy, Frankie A.
Age 90, of Wilmington, passed away, Friday morning, March 16, 2012 at her home. She was born May 28, 1921 in Peebles, Ohio, daughter of the late Virgil & Melissa (Copeland) Burns. She married Robert Lee McCurdy, who passed away May 17, 1988.
She had worked as a Stater Winder at Delco Products for over 20 years.
Surviving are her 2 sons- Robert F. (Connie) McCurdy, Wilmington & Gerald (Lorraine) McCurdy, Canton, MI; 4 Grandchildren; 7 Great-Grandchildren; a Step-Grandson; Friend- Rachel Hendee, Wilmington; & many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her son- Michael James McCurdy and a Brother- William Hilderbran.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Friday, March 23, at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street, Wilmington with Rev. Larry Barker officiating. Interment will follow in the Locust Grove Cemetery, Locust Grove, Ohio. The family will receive friends from 10 AM until the time of services at the funeral home.
