Frances Carlene LeForge, age 51, of Clarksville, OH, died Monday, July 18, 2011 at the Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, OH.
She was born December 2, 1959 in Wilmington, OH, daughter of the late Howard V. Wiederhold and Reba Conover Wiederhold .
Carlene had been a 4-H advisor for several years with the Clinton County Mix and Match 4-H Club; was a RN, paramedic, and a firefighter.
Surviving are daughter & son-in-law, Michele (Allen) Teboe of Clarksville, OH, five grandchildren, Michael, Austin, Rebecca, Sean, and Gavin, two brothers, David (Debra) Wiederhold of Lebanon, OH, Howard V. (Tamatha) Wiederhold Jr. of Clarksville, two sisters, Martha Jean Hensley of Spartanburg, SC, Luana (Paul) Schultz of Morrow.
In addition to her parents, Carlene was preceded in death by her husband, Allen R. LeForge, who died April 5, 2011, one son, John Andrew Hensley, and one brother, Louis Vernon Wiederhold.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 6, 2011 in the Clarksville Cemetery.
