Obituary:

Mr. Quigley was born on the family farm near Martinsville, Ohio on August 4, 1920 and passed away Sunday, June 5, 2011 at Bethesda North Hospital in Montgomery, Ohio. He was the son of Frank and Leona Quigley.
He is survived by his wife Mary B and daughter Tonya and was "Granddad" to his daughter's little doggy "Jazzy". It was little "Jazzy" who brought many smiles to his face after he became ill. Forrest and Mary were married June 24, 1944 and would have celebrated their 67th wedding anniversary on that day.

He graduated from Martinsville High School where he lettered and enjoyed sports. He, also, enjoyed lawn work, gardening, farming, friends and his work at the Turner funeral Home in Martinsville, New Vienna Feed Mill, Wilmington Producers, Bennet's Machine Company, Randall-Textron Company and the Ford Commpany where he was a toolmaker and from which he retired in April 1994.

He was a charter member of the Martinsville Lions Club, a Past Master of teh former Martinsville Masonic Lodge and now a member of the Wilmington Masonic Lodge. He is a Past Worthy Patron of the former Martinsville Order of the Eastern Star and now the Blanchester O.E.S. He belonged to the Valley of Cincinnati-Scottish Rite. He attended the Morrisville and Martinsville United Methodist Churches.

He is, also, survived by 2 sisters Ruth Anna Steritz and Betty Felheim and 2 brothers Bobby D & Burdette Quigley. Also, several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers Samuel & Harold Quigley, 2 sisters-in-law and 2 brothers-in-law.

Even at 90 years old, until his sickness struck, he was still driving and living a full and useful life.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, June 11 at 1:00 PM at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street, Wilmington. Burial will follow in the Martinsville IOOF Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, June 10 from 6 -8 PM at the funeral home. Masonic and Scottish Rite services will be honored at 8:00 PM, Friday, June 10 at the funeral home.
