Erma Surface

Erma J. Surface,
age 72, of Oregonia, Ohio passed away suddenly, Tuesday night, September 25, 2012 at her residence.

She was born May 25, 1940 in Middletown, OH, daughter of the late of Ralph & Hildred (Williams) Hauser.  On June 27, 1959 in Oregonia, she married Edwin Surface, who passed away June 9, 2011.

She attended the Fellowship of Praise Church, Clarksville, and was a member of the Clinton County Senior Citizens.

Surviving are 2 sons- Scott (Irina) Surface of Hillsboro, OH, & Michael Todd Surface of Xenia, OH; daughter- Sandy (David) Pratt of Oregonia, OH; Eight grandchildren; Six great-grandchildren; sister- Marlene K. (Richard) Harden, Wilmore, KY and a number of nieces & nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband,  Erma was preceded in death by her son, Tim Surface, who died in September of 2002; and a granddaughter-Shannon Surface, who died in December of 2010 and a sister- Sharon Rowland.

Funeral Services will be held 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 29 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Mound Cemetery, Monroe, Ohio.

Friends will be received from 5-7 PM, Friday, Sept. 28 at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry Street Wilmington, Ohio.
