He was born Sunday, October 29, 1978 in Washington Court House, OH, son of Edward E. & Connie Longberry) Bellar Jr., of Wilmington.
In addition to his parents, other surviving family members are his 2 daughters- Cheronda Bellar, & Victoria Leuck; sister- Hope Daugherty of Bloomingburg, OH; 4 Nieces & Nephews and a Great-Niece.
