Donna Underwood

Donna S Underwood,
age 78, of Hillsboro, Ohio, passed away early Friday morning, November 13, 2020 at the Ohio Valley Hospice Center in Seaman, Ohio.
She was born December 9, 1941 in Flatwoods, Kentucky daughter of  the late Carl & Lillian Faye (Morgan) Williams.
Surviving are her sons-  David Smith, of CA & William Underwood, of Hillsboro;  daughters- Lori Richards, Piketon, Ohio and Michelle Kelley, of WV; 15 grandchildren; lots of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; and her brother- Fred Williams, of Greenup, Kentucky.
In additon to her parents,  Donna was preceded in death by her son- Roger Smith and daughter- Linda Donley.
Private Celebration of Life Services have been held in her memory.  The Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
