Donald (Don) Slutz,
84 years young, went to join his beloved wife, Joyce Slutz, on July 21, 2016.
He was born June 21, 1932, the son of William and Helen Slutz, in East Sparta Ohio, both now deceased.
He worked for, and retired from, The General Telephone Company and the Wilmington City Cab.
He was the loving dad, to Keith (Tina) Slutz, Kathy Davidson and Mike (Kathy) Sleutz.
He was the wonderful grandad to Charlie (Sasha) Slutz, Cassie Pritchett (Dan Keim), Andy Davidson, Kelly (Matt) King, Justin (Jamie) Sleutz and Kate (Tim) Hughes.
He was the great grandad to Alanah Pritchett, Natalia Pritchett, Nikole (Conrad) Swiki, Abbey King, Micah Sleutz and Ava Hughes.
He will be greatly missed by his sisters, DeAnna and Laura, brother Larry, long time friend and brother-in-law George Kern and George's wife Margie, as well as a whole host of others who loved Don and counted him as a friend.
There will be a visitation on Wednesday, July 27, 2016 from 10:00am to 11:00am at the Fisher/Edgington Funeral Home, 97 W.
