Curtis  Keith Couch,
age 70, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away surrounded by his loved ones early Monday morning, March 14, 2016 at the Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties in Franklin, Ohio.

He was born January 5, 1946 in Midland, Ohio, son of the late Olaf Ephram & Olga Reno (Vanover) Couch.  On August 1, 1964 in Sligo, OH, he married Karen Morris Couch, who survives.

Curtis retired after 32 years of service from the General Motors Corp in Moranie City and most recently drove the handicap van for the Wilmington Transit System.

A 1964 Wilmington High School graduate,  he was a member of the Sligo Baptist Church and had served as the Music Director from 1968 until 1994 and was the substitute for many years since.

In addition to his wife, other surviving family members are his son- Bart Allen (Allyson) Couch, Carlisle, OH; 2 daughters- Melissa Sue (Ronnie) Pinkerton, Wilmington, & Stacy Rene (Craig) Keeton, Oregonia; 9 grandchildren- Joshua Curtis (Jordan) Couch, Amanda Jo Pinkerton, Jason Kenneth Couch, Caleb Allen (Hannah Warfel) Keeton, Molly Sue Keeton, Allen Donald Couch, Anna Lou Keeton, Bryant Keith Pinkerton, & Stanley Alexander Couch; a step-grandson- Ron Pinkerton, JR; 4 step-great-grandchildren; brother- Alex E.  (Geri) Couch, Morrow, OH; sister- Patricia Sue Corzatt, Smyrna, TN; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.

In addition to his parents, Curtis was preceded in death by 2 sisters- Flora Elaine Kelly & Sharon Kaye Shotsky and his parents-in-law- Stacey & Anna Lee Morris, JR.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 19, 2016 at the Sligo Baptist Church, 249 South Beechgrove Road, Wilmington, Ohio.  Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington.

Friends will be received from 3-8 PM, Friday, March 18 at the Wilmington Church of Christ, 909 West Locust Street, Wilmington.
The  Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
