age 29, of Toulon, IL and Wilmington, Ohio, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at his residence in Wilmington.
He was born January 9, 1987 in Dallas, Texas, son of Michael Charles Dougherty Sr., of Toulon, IL and Stephanie Anne Darrow Jennings, of Peoria, IL.
Colby worked for a Pipe Laying Company.
There will be a celebration of Colby's life in Illinois.
