Cleo  Brandenburg,
age 96, of Mowrystown, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly Friday, July 18, 2014 at home.

She was born June 3, 1918 in Lee County, Kentucky, daughter of the lateWilson & Hallie (Hogan) Browning. On July 6, 1935, she married Woodrow W. Brandenburg, who preceded her in death on November 15, 2004.

Mrs. Brandenburg was a member of New Market Baptist Church.

Surviving are her son- Donald Ray (Jeanette) Brandenburg of Mowrystown, OH; 4 grandchildren- Donald Carl (Rhonda) Brandenburg, Terry Lee (Debbie) Brandenburg, Donna Mae (Dave) Stafford, & Todd (Mary) Brandenburg; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; a brother- Herbert Browning, Ocala, FL; and a sister- Juanita Blankenship, Lebanon, OH.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Brandenburg was preceded in death by 4 brothers- Walker Browning, Ben Browning, Mike Browning & John Browning; and 2 sisters- Pauline Gabbard & Revilla Villars.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM, Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at Edgington Funeral Home, 17 East Main Street, Mowrystown, Ohio with Pastor Andrew Johnson officiating.  Interment will follow in the Mowrystown Cemetery, Mowrystown, Ohio.
