Christine Jones

Christine Eads Jones, age 87, formerly of Ashland City, TN, passed away on Thursday, May 31, 2018, in Wilmington Nursing and Rehab in Wilmington, Ohio. Christine was born in Pathfork, Kentucky, on December 7, 1930, to the late Sill and Lucy Ellis Eads. She worked as a clerk in the trucking industry. Christine was preceded in death by her parents, Sill and Lucy Ellis Eads; husband, A.J. Jones; son, Joe Jones; granddaughter, Holly Jones; and siblings, James Michael Eads; Claude Harrison Eads; and Esther Eads Case. She is survived by her sons, Steve and Bruce Jones; daughter, Dawn Riddle, 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Christine is also survived by her brothers-sisters-in-laws Joe (Sylvia), Jerry (Alice) Jones of Indianapolis, IN, Johnny (Shirley) Jones, Sue (Bill) Cooper, Ben Clark of Hulen, KY, Teresa Jones and Carolyn Jones of Ashland City, TN, and Thelma Eads, Pathfork, KY, and a host of nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be Wednesday, June 6, 2018, at 2:30 pm in the Bethel Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery in Ashland City, Tennessee, with Brother Barry Raper officiating.
