Charles Allen Richardson, age 69, of Wilmington, OH, died Sunday, April 6, 2014 at his residence.
He was born September 23, 1944 in Wilmington the son of the late Charles Ray Richardson and Helen Howard Richardson.
Charles was a member of the Sharon United Methodist Church, Clarksville Masonic Lodge #323 F&AM, Scottish Rite, American Legion, and was a U.S. Army Veteran of Vietnam. He was a former employee of ABX and was involved in the family farm.
Survivors include two sons, Charles David (Ashley) Richardson and Dean Allen (Jessica) Richardson both of Wilmington, six grandchildren, Aubrey, Alyssa, and Jalen Richardson, Nolan Sutton, Katie Hughes, and Kaleb Hughes.
In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn K. (Brown) Richardson, and a brother, Ronald Richardson.
Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, April 10, 2014 at 11:00 am with Rev. Peggy Cromer officiating. Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery where the Wilmington American Legion Memorial Squad will conduct full military honors.
Friends will be received at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, OH Wednesday, April 09, 2014 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm. Masonic and Scottish Rite Ring services will be held at 7:00 p.m.
