Charles Havens

Charles E Havens,
Age 79, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly early Thursday morning,  March 16, 2017 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington.

He was born November 6, 1937 in West Union, Ohio son of the late Charles William & Jane Louise (Ayres) Havens. On December 9, 1956 in Maysville, Kentucky, he married Doris A. Clevenger Havens, who survives.

A US Army and Air National Guard Veteran, Charles had worked as an Office Equipment Installer for the General Telephone Company, the Clinton County Sheriff's Office and was currently working at Air Borne.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles, #1224, Wilmington, where he had served as president.

In  addition to his wife, other surviving family members are his 2 sons- Michael Havens, Wilmington & Troy (Pam) Havens, Cincinnati; daughter- Tamara (Kevin) Mason, Dundee, OH; 3 grandchildren- Bradlee (Lindsey) West, Danielle Lee, & Amanda Browning; 5 great-grandchildren; and a brother- James Havens, of GA
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.  The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, is serving the family.
