Carrie G. Quillen, age101, of Wilmington, OH, died Saturday, November 7, 2015 at her home.
She was born January 21, 1914 in Indianapolis, IN, daughter of the late Clyde Henninger and Alice Harris Henninger.
She was a former member of Eastern Star, was a member of several bridge clubs, the PTA, and had been active with the Cub Scouts and Girl Scouts.
Surviving are son, Jerry (Marcy) Quillen of Lebanon, daughter, Lois (John) Sojat of Tallahassee, FL, and daughter, Vickie (John) Patton of Wilmington. Also surviving are 7 Grandchildren, Jimmy (Vanessa) Quillen, Mike (Vicki) Quillen, Greg (Brenda) Quillen, Teri Fletcher, John Brentlinger (Lisa) Patton VI, Christopher Lee Patton, and Scott Detrick Patton. Other survivors include 9 Great-Grandchildren, Erica Coffman, J.R. Ervin, Kristin Ervin, Mandy Quillen, Jerry Quillen, Dana Quillen, John Brentlinger "J.B." Patton VII, Jarett Patton, Jackson Trae Patton, and 5 great great gandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Carrie was preceded in death by her husband, Watson Lee Quillen who passed away July 24, 1992.
Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery, Wilmington, OH.
