Carrie D. Mitchell, age 47, of New Vienna, OH, passed away unexpectedly early Saturday morning, June 18, 2016 at her home.
She was born September 15, 1968 in Indianapolis, IN, daughter of the late Granville Roger and Lillie May (J.C) Hayslip Holman, whom survives.
Carrie had attended the Fellowship of Praise Church in Clarksville.
Other surviving family members are her husband, Timothy Mitchell, whom she married on February 26, 1990, four children, Nick J. (Tasha) Mitchell of Sabina, Rocky A. (Amanda) Inlow of Sabina, Timothy R. Mitchell of New Vienna, and Tyler Reynolds of New Vienna, sister, Tamy (Howard) Weiderhold of Clarksville, brother, Roger (Amy) Saylor of Lynchburg, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to her father, Carrie was preceded in death by her daughter, Shawna M. Peyton.
Memorial Services will be held at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 W. Locust St. Wilmington, Saturday, June 25, 2016 at 1:00 pm with Rev. Matt Morgan officiating. Interment will follow in the Westboro Cemetery, Westboro, OH.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.
