Age 43, of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away Wednesday morning, April 29, 2015 at the Kindred Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.
She was born January 19, 1972 in West Union, OH, daughter of Ray & Bety (Tackett) Pence. On April 11, 1998 in Sabina, she married Stanley Spencer, who survives.
Carol worked as a Home Health Care Nurse for various agencies in the area.
She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church, Wilmington.
In addition to her parents and husband, other surviving family members are her 2 brothers- Bobby Tackett of Cleveland, OH, & Gregory Pence of West Union, OH.
Memorial Services will be held 3:00 PM, Wednesday, May 6 at the Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, 97 West Locust Street at North Mulberry St., Wilmington.
Friends will be received from 2-3 PM, Wednesday at Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home.
