Carl Dean Richardson

  Carl Dean Richardson, 
age 85, of Blanchester, Ohio, passed away Tuesday morning, April 18, 2023 at the Hospice of Cincinnati- Anderson. 
 He was born May 29, 1937 in Irvine, Kentucky, son of the late Elmer & Angie (Garrett) Richardson. 
Dean had a love of cars and had worked  as a car hauling trucker and had worked at GE in North Carolina.
 Surviving are his children- Dee (Jeff) Rein, Sabina, Duane Richardson, Fairfax, VA, and Carla Richardson; his partner- Cathy Ball of Blanchester, OH;  step-children- Michelle (Russel) Miars, Jeff (Holly) Ball, & Jennifer Ellis; grandchildren- Ace Mann, Brittany Kessler, Chase Richardson, Laci Richardson, & Katilyn Ewing; great-grandchildren- Jaycee Smithson, CeeJay Smithson, Brealyn Jackson, Faith Kessler, Chase Mann, Wyatt Kessler, Adalynn Richardson; brothers- Phil & Kenny Richardson; sisters- Glenna Docter, Louetta Doan, & Vicki Williams; and many step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, nieces, & nephews.
In addition to his parents, Dean was preceded in death by his granddaughter- Chasity Rein; step-son- Ron Ball; brothers- Donald & Waldo Richardson; and sister- Christine Harold.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be from 4 - 8PM, Friday, April 21, 2023 at Faith Lutheran Church Fellowship Hall, 421 East Vine Street at Prairie Avenue.  You may  bring a covered dish and a special fond memory or story to share with the family.  Your presence is most important.     The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, has been entrusted with the arrangements.
