Calvin Lewis

Calvin  Tab Lewis,
age 93, of Sardinia, Ohio, passed away Tuesday evening, September 10, 2013 at the Southwest Regional Hospital in Georgetown, Ohio.

He was born September 8, 1920 in Brown County, OH, son of the late Oliver & Myra (Dinch) Lewis.
Tab  was a Truck Driver for many years.  He was a US Army WW II Veteran.

Surviving are his 5 children- Connie (Joe) Martin of Sardinia, OH,  Lonnie Lewis of Georgetown, OH, Daryl (Anita) Lewis of Sardinia, OH,  Lonnie Ray Lewis, &  Thomas Lewis, and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Lewis was preceded in death by his daughter-Linda.

No services will be held at Tab's request. The Edgington Funeral Home, Mowrystown has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
