Betty Lou Wardlow, age 87, of Georgetown, OH formerly of Winchester, passed away Thursday night, September 25, 2014 at Clermont Mercy Hospital in Batavia, OH.
She was born July 10, 1927 in Winchester, OH, daughter of the late Joseph and Eva Louisa (Miller) Wardlow.
She was a member of Macon Church of Christ.
Surviving are seven nieces, Betty (Russell) Burbage of Georgetown, Linda (Jerry) Hackworth of Mowrystown, Paulette Blakely of Hillsboro, Carol Cook of Macon, Bonnie (Lloyd) Younger of Seaman, Jo Ellen (Lodis) Bradley of Hammersville, and Donna (Roger) Starrett of Fincastle, several great-nieces and nephews, and several great-great-nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her sister, Alma Waits, two brothers, Lawerence and Paul Wardlow, two nephews, one niece, and two great-nieces.
Services will be held at Edgington Funeral Home, 17 E. Main St. Mowrystown, September 30, 2014 at 11:00 am with Pastor Jim Hutchinson officiating. Interment will follow in the Winchester Cemetery, Winchester, Ohio.
Friends will be received at the funeral home, Tuesday, September 30, 2014, 10:00 am - 11:00 am.
