Betty L. Johnson, age 79, of Hillsboro, Ohio, died Sunday, January 5, 2014 at the Laurels of Hillsboro in Hillsboro, OH.
She was born August 2, 1934 in Peebles, OH, daughter of the late Ulric DeHass and Lydia Gardner DeHass.
She was a member of the Hillsboro Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Survivors include three daughters, Deborah (Jim) Parrish of Bainbridge, OH, Beverlee (John) Peterman of Wilmington, OH, Eva (Stacy) Nakamura of Manchester, TN, one son, Robert Mason, of Bowling Green, KY; three brothers, Richard DeHass, of Las Vegas, NV, John DeHass, of Stout, OH, Stephen (Betty) DeHass, of Sardinia ; four sisters, Mary Wilmoth, of Sardinia, Barbara (Steve) Sheeley, of Mowrystown, Wilma (David) Wilson, of Mowrystown, and Kay (Grover) Posey, of Hillsboro; 12 Grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren, 3 great great grandchildren and several neices and nephews.
Memorial services will be held 3:00 p.m. Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, Hillsboro, with Pastor Bill Pierce officiating.
Friends will be received at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home on Saturday, 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
