She was born July 24, 1948 in Hillsboro, OH, daughter of the late Chester Wayne Little and Helen Louise Little .
Jean was a member of Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene where she was an organist and pianist for 45 years. She had taught in the Hillsboro Public School System for 27 years and was a member of the Wilmington Area Emmaus Community..
Surviving are mother, Helen Louise Little, of Hillsboro, brother, Russell (Linda) Little of Milford, nephew, Christopher (Ida) Little of Blanchester, niece, Katheryn Little of Milford, great-nephew, Alex Little, and several aunts, uncles, & cousins.
In addition to her father, Jean was preceded in death by cousin, Beverly Forsythe, and 2 uncles, Homer Swearingen & Pete Little.
Services will be held at Hillsboro Church of the Nazarene, 8230 US-50, Sunday,August 2, 2015 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Tom Zile officiating. Interment will follow in the Sugartree Ridge Cemetery, Sugartree Ridge, Ohio.
Friends will be received at Rhoads-Edgington Funeral Home, 138 E. Main St. Hillsboro, Ohio Saturday, August 1, 2015, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm.
