Barbara Hummell

Barbara  Hummell,
age 82, of Blanchester, formerly of the Corbin, Kentucky Area, passed away Monday, December 5, 2022 at the Clinton Memorial Hospital in Wilmington, Ohio..
She was born May 18, 1940 in Harlan, Kentucky, daughter of  the late James William & Ruth (Watkins) Wyatt.
Mrs. Hummell had been a school teacher for over 30 years in Ohio and Kentucky and was a member of the Steeles Chapel Christian Church, Corbin, KY.
Surviving are her son, Howard (Paula) Hummell, Morrow, OH; daughter- Nicole (Derek) Brown, Somerset, KY; and 2 granddaughters- Savannah and Gabrielle.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hummell was preceded in death by her sister- Mary Nichols.
According to her wishes, no services will be held.  The Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home, Wilmington, Ohio has been entrusted with the arrangements.
