Barbara Hughes

Barbara J. Hughes, age 70, of Washington Court House, Ohio, passed away Sunday November 20, 2022 in Chillicothe, OH.

She was born March 30, 1952 in Greenfield, OH, daughter of the late Robert Stanley Newman  and Dorothy Mae Chaney Newman.

She worked as a health care provider for several years in the surrounding areas.

Surviving is her husband, Robin I. Hughes whom she married July 19, 1971, son, Robin S. (Christina) Hughes, step-daughter, Tara, daughter-in-law, Angie, grandchildren, Isaiah, Steven, Scotty, Michelle,  Robert, Tasha, Sheaann, & Patricia, many Great Grandchildren, sisters, Susie, Diane, & Patty, Brother, Martin, several nieces &  nephews.

In addition to her parents, Barbara was preceded in death by her son, Robert Newman and a brother, Gary Newman.

According to her wishes, Barbara was cremated and a Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2022 from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM at the Pickaway Country Club,1399 Stoutsville Pike, Circleville, OH 43113 .
